Francisco Millanes Mato, President and CEO of IDEAM, has been invited to participate and will make a Key Lecture at the ARCH 2019 Congress organized by the Faculty of Engineering of Oporto and the Portuguese Construction Institute and held in Porto on days 2-4, November 2019
Francisco Millanes Mato will present “Main challenges in the design and construction of an outstanding arch bridge, with 162 m of span length, on the new access to the T4 Terminal of Barajas Airport (Madrid)”.
